Planning food for your event? Catering arrangements can be discussed separately from your hall rental. Menu availability, catering providers, serving requirements, setup needs and catering charges may vary by event and venue.

Sample Catering Menu

The selections below are examples of the types of dishes that may be available for catered events. Exact dishes, substitutions, portions, availability and pricing should be confirmed before your event.

Pasta

Baked ziti, lasagna, linguine with garlic and oil, stuffed shells, pasta primavera, spaghetti with meatballs, pasta carbonara, cheese ravioli, rigatoni marinara, penne pesto, pasta with sausage, eggplant parmigiana and other pasta selections.

Premium Pasta

Tortellini Alfredo, tortellini with meat sauce, manicotti, shrimp pasta, stuffed cannelloni, spinach ravioli, lobster ravioli and other premium pasta selections.

Salads

Garden salad, Caesar salad, black bean and corn salad, kale and bean salad, tri-color salad, orzo salad, Southwest pasta salad and other selections.

Chicken

Chicken Marsala, chicken Parmigiana, roasted chicken, BBQ chicken, jerk chicken, fried chicken, chicken cacciatore, chicken Florentine, teriyaki chicken, curry chicken, chicken with broccoli and other chicken dishes.

Beef & Meat Entrées

Beef and broccoli, pepper steak, beef teriyaki, meatballs, pot roast, beef stew, London broil, steak fajitas, beef brisket, short ribs, oxtail and other meat entrées.

Side Dishes

Mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, steamed broccoli, macaroni and cheese, rice pilaf, fried rice, rice and beans, Spanish rice, sweet potatoes, green beans, sautéed vegetables and other side dishes.

Seafood

Tilapia, salmon, shrimp, filet of sole, seafood pasta, paella and other seafood selections may be available.

Additional Event Charges

Cleaning

$95 per event at most locations. Atlantis Hall cleaning is $200.

Bartender

$175 when alcohol is served.

Security

Security is required for every event. Final security charges are shown in your written quote.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is 8.875%.
