- Choose the right-sized hall. Six Queens venues have supplied maximum capacities from 80 to 200 guests. Confirm a layout for your guest count, DJ, dancing, and décor.

- Plan around a base room rate. Prices vary by hall and day and may change for shorter, smaller, or last-minute events. Request a written itemized quote.
Before You Book
- Guest layout: A hall’s maximum guest count is not a recommended seated count with a dance floor and DJ. Confirm the layout before reserving.
- Food preparation: Prep access varies by hall. Atlantis, Medina, and Ridgewood offer a prep area with a sink and running water, not a commercial kitchen. Confirm the facilities at your chosen hall.
- Alcohol: When alcohol is served, the venue’s bartender must serve all drinks. Outside bartenders and guest self-service are not permitted.
- Price and time: Base rates exclude applicable tax and cleaning. Security is required at every event; confirm its treatment in your written quote. Confirm rental and setup hours for your selected hall.
- Entrance access: Ridgewood Hall’s front entrance has five steps. Discuss mobility or accessibility needs with the venue before booking.

You can host a birthday party at any of Queens Party Hall's six BYOF venues, sized from 80 to 200 guests. Bring your own food, drinks, and DJ, and pay one flat rate for the space — which keeps kids' parties and adult milestones alike within budget.
Our six halls list flat starting base room rates rather than prices per guest. Monday-to-Thursday base rates range from $595 at Occasions Hall to $1,095 at Atlantis Hall. Friday, Sunday, and Saturday rates vary by hall. Sales tax and cleaning fees are additional, and security is required for every event. Request a written quote for your date and guest count.

- Saturday daytime and brunch events ending by 5:00 PM receive $500 off the standard Saturday room rate.
