What Banquet Halls in Queens Cost—and How Our Pricing Works

Our listed base room rates currently range from $595 for a Monday-to-Thursday rental at Occasions Hall to $2,595 for a Saturday rental at Atlantis Hall. These are flat base rates for the room—not per-person catering prices. The base room rate does not increase simply because more guests attend, provided the hall’s stated capacity is not exceeded.

Food is not included in the base room rate. Customers can generally arrange their own food or outside caterer according to the venue’s current policies. Before booking vendors, confirm any current requirements concerning alcohol, bartenders, security, insurance and outside services with the venue manager.

The listed rates do not include the 8.875% sales tax. Optional add-ons and event-dependent services may also be additional. Your final price may vary based on the selected hall, event date, rental length and requested services. Your written quote will identify the base rate, applicable taxes, required charges and selected services before you book.

What’s the First Step to Renting a Hall in Queens, NY?

Start with an estimated guest count and two or three possible event dates. Your guest count will determine which halls offer enough room, while having several dates makes it easier to find availability.

Consider the atmosphere you want, how guests will travel to the venue and which vendors or services you plan to arrange. Weddings, milestone birthdays and other weekend celebrations can book early, so begin your search as soon as your date becomes important.

Call or text 718-362-3342 between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., seven days a week. Tell us your expected guest count, preferred dates and event type, and we will help you identify the most suitable available halls.

What Should You Compare Before Booking?

The lowest advertised price is not the only consideration. Compare each venue’s stated capacity, location, layout, included amenities, setup time, parking situation and current vendor requirements. Ask whether taxes or optional services are additional and make sure every agreed charge appears in your written quote.

You should also review the rental agreement carefully and confirm event hours, setup access, payment terms, cancellation policies and any current insurance or accessibility requirements before paying a deposit.

Frequently Asked Questions About Banquet Halls in Queens

How much does it cost to rent a party hall in Queens?

Party hall rental in Queens is charged as a flat rate for the whole space, not per guest. Across our six venues, weekday rates start lower and weekends and holidays are higher — starting around $595 at the smallest hall and $1,095 at the largest for a weekday date. Rates are a starting point that flex for shorter, smaller, or last-minute events, so a quick call gets the exact quote.

Can you bring your own food to these venues?

Yes — every venue is bring-your-own-food, so you can bring your own food and drinks with no per-plate charge and no outside-food or cake-cutting fees. Use your own caterer, cook, or bring dishes yourself.

Which venue works for 100 guests?

For around 100 guests, Medina Hall (up to 160), Ridgewood Hall (up to 120), and Abyss Hall (up to 120) all fit comfortably, and Atlantis Hall (up to 200) leaves extra room. Each is toured in person so you can confirm the layout for your headcount.

Which halls in Queens are good for a party?

Queens Party Hall operates six venues suited to different party sizes: Atlantis (up to 200), Medina (up to 160), Ridgewood and Abyss (up to 120 each), Twilight (up to 100), and Occasions (up to 80). All are bring-your-own-food with flat-rate pricing, so you pick by size, neighborhood, and style rather than per-plate cost.

How much does it cost to book a banquet hall in Queens?

Our halls run from $595 for a Monday-to-Thursday rental to $2,595 for a Saturday, depending on the room and day. That is a flat base rate for the whole venue—not a price per guest. What size banquet halls are available in Queens?

Our six halls accommodate between 80 and 200 seated guests. Occasions seats up to 80 guests, Twilight 100, Abyss and Ridgewood 120 each, Medina 160 and Atlantis 200.

What is a banquet hall?

A banquet hall is an event venue designed for seated celebrations such as weddings, Sweet 16s, repasts, baby showers, milestone birthdays and corporate gatherings. Our halls are rented at flat base room rates, allowing customers to arrange food and other event services according to current venue policies.

What amenities come with the hall?

A standard rental generally includes six hours of event time, two additional setup hours, tables and chairs, a bar area with refrigeration, a DJ booth and lighting, chafing racks, Wi-Fi, use of a television screen, heating and air conditioning, and on-site staff support as specified in the rental agreement. Exact amenities vary by hall.

Are there any hidden costs?

The listed prices are base room rates and do not include the 8.875% sales tax. Optional add-ons and event-dependent services may also be additional. Your written quote will identify the base rate, applicable taxes, required charges and selected services before you book.

Can I bring my own vendors?

Outside caterers, DJs, decorators and photographers are generally allowed. Before hiring vendors, contact the venue manager to confirm current requirements concerning food service, alcohol, bartenders, security, insurance and outside-vendor access.
