- Guest limits: Maximum guest counts differ by hall and are enforced. Ask about a layout for your event; a maximum is not a recommended seated count.
- Prep space: Kitchen access varies by hall. Ask about your chosen venue; prep areas are not full commercial kitchens and have no gas line, stove, or warmer.
- Alcohol: When alcohol is served, the venue’s bartender must serve all drinks. Outside bartenders and guest self-service are not permitted.
- Rates and fees: New York sales tax of 8.875% applies to the base rate and applicable fees. Cleaning fees vary by hall, security is required at every event, and rental hours differ by venue. Confirm the current details for your selected hall.

Queens Party Hall is a family-owned, women-owned group of six event halls across Ozone Park, Richmond Hill, and Ridgewood. Our story began in Ozone Park, where our family needed more room to celebrate than an apartment could offer. We leased a hall for our own gatherings, and that beginning grew into the Queens Party Hall venues guests visit today. Our flexible room-rental model lets guests bring their own food, drinks, and music.

Occasions Hall is our lowest-priced option and accommodates up to 80 guests. Twilight Hall accommodates up to 100 guests, while Abyss Hall provides space for up to 120 guests at a lower rate than several similarly sized venues.
Our six Queens halls accommodate between 80 and 200 guests. Occasions seats 80, Twilight 100, Abyss and Ridgewood 120, Medina 160 and Atlantis 200.
Our halls accommodate birthdays, baby and bridal showers, Sweet 16s, quinceañeras, repasts, wedding receptions, graduations, religious and cultural celebrations, family gatherings and corporate events.
Displayed prices are base room rates. Sales tax and a venue-specific cleaning fee are additional. Security is required for every event; your written quote should show whether its charge is included in the base rate or added separately. If alcohol is served, the venue’s bartender fee applies. Selected optional services may also cost extra. Request an itemized written quote before booking.

Rentals generally include six event hours, two setup hours, tables, chairs, a DJ area, event lighting, bar and refrigerator access, climate control and other hall-specific amenities.
The room for six hours, plus two hours beforehand to set up. Every hall comes with tables and chairs, a DJ booth and lighting, a bar area with a refrigerator, Wi-Fi and a TV screen, and a staff member on site. Medina, Atlantis and Ridgewood also have a kitchen. Each hall’s page lists exactly what that room includes.
No. Every hall is a flat rate for the room, whether sixty guests come or a hundred and twenty. Most halls in Queens quote around $70 a head, at 120 guests that is $8,400 before you have chosen anything. Our rooms start at $595.
Roughly six to eight square feet per person for a seated event with a dance floor. A party of 80 needs around 600 square feet of usable space, which is why we would rather you booked the room that actually fits than the cheapest one.
