Deciding what foods to serve from his extensive menu was difficult so he suggested I select about 20 items and he would help me narrow down my list and finalize the menu. The items we selected for the buffet were outstanding especially the grilled eggplant parmigiana and the pernil. The buffet includes a large antipasto tray, salad and freshly baked rolls. All my guest raved about the food quality and taste. The food was plentiful and I suggest if you use Joe to bring lots of takeaway containers for leftovers. Image of Chef Joe Cutolo: LCI Inc opened its doors in 1999. Head Chef and Owner Joseph Cutolo has had a passion for the food industry long before opening its doors. Since childhood starting as a busboy in a well renowned NY Italian Restaurant at the age of twelve, Joseph knew his place was in the kitchen. At age seventeen showing lots of interest on how food was prepared and cooked and working very hard he convinced the head chef to give him a chance in the kitchen. This was a dream come true for Joseph. Almost immediately the head chef of this restaurant expressed his excitement with having a young apprentice whom had a passion for food greater than his own. In just a few short years after mastering all of the techniques of Italian Cuisine, with the blessing of his employer, Joseph moved on to open his very own Italian Catering Company. He has been featured on the food network show CutThroat Kitchen.
