Match Your Guest List

The halls have supplied maximums from 80 to 200 guests. Ask for a layout showing dining, a DJ, dancing, food service, and decorations. A maximum is not a recommended seated count for every setup.

Explore photos and guest stories, then tour your shortlist. Confirm furniture, equipment, hours, setup access, and vendor rules in writing.

Plan Guest Access

Ask about each venue’s entrance, parking, and loading. Ridgewood Hall’s front entrance has five steps. Discuss mobility requirements before booking.

Events to Hold at a Party Hall

  • Wedding receptions: Compare dining, music, and dancing layouts; bring your own food or outside caterer.
  • Corporate events: Ask about seating, screens, Wi-Fi, sound, and setup time.
  • Proms and school celebrations: Confirm guest count, schedule, supervision, and vendor requirements.
  • Baby and bridal showers: Plan room for gifts, food service, photography, and seating.
  • Family reunions: Compare travel plans and room layouts for meals and conversation.
  • Birthday parties: Allow space for decorations, music, and dancing.

What to Confirm With Your Hall Rental

All six Queens halls permit outside food and caterers, use flat base room rates with no per-person venue charge, and include basic event insurance. Queens Party Hall does not provide catering.

  • Time: Confirm guest hours, decorating access, vendor arrival, and any additional-hour charge.
  • Features: Check tables, chairs, DJ facilities, sound, lighting, Wi-Fi, and screens at the selected hall.
  • Food service: Check refrigeration and serving equipment. Atlantis, Medina, and Ridgewood have prep areas with sinks, not commercial kitchens.
  • Bar service: The venue’s licensed bartender must serve alcohol; outside bartenders and guest self-service are not permitted.
  • Complete price: Request a written quote covering tax, cleaning, required security, bartender service if needed, and selected extras.
