If family, friends, or colleagues are coming from Bayside, begin with the people and activities your venue needs to accommodate. Our six halls are in Ozone Park, Richmond Hill, and Ridgewood, with supplied maximums from 80 to 200 guests.

Dining, presentations, dancing, and a buffet need different layouts. Ask how your plans fit alongside your guest count.

Compare directions from Bayside and other guest starting points. Confirm parking, loading, and entrance details at the actual venue.

Request the base room rate, tax, cleaning, required security, selected services, and precise event and setup hours in writing.

The options are Occasions, Twilight, and Medina in Ozone Park; Abyss and Atlantis in Richmond Hill; and Ridgewood Hall.

Events to Hold at a Party Hall

  • Wedding receptions: Ask for a layout showing dining, food service, music, and dancing.
  • Corporate gatherings: Confirm presentation equipment, Wi-Fi, and arrival times.
  • Proms: Review guest maximums, the schedule, and hall rules.
  • Baby and bridal showers: Allow space for gifts, dessert, photos, and seating.
  • Birthdays and reunions: Select a layout for dining, conversation, and entertainment.

What Comes With the Rental?

All six halls permit outside food and caterers and have flat base room rates without a per-person venue charge. Basic event insurance is included. Queens Party Hall does not provide catering.

  • Time: Confirm event and setup access for your selected hall and date.
  • Furniture and AV: Check tables, chairs, DJ features, lighting, screens, sound, and Wi-Fi by venue.
  • Food service: Ask about refrigeration and serving equipment. Atlantis, Medina, and Ridgewood have prep areas with sinks, without commercial cooking equipment.
  • Alcohol: The venue’s licensed bartender must serve all alcoholic drinks.
  • Access: Ridgewood Hall’s front entrance has five steps. Discuss guest requirements before booking.
