All six halls permit outside food and caterers, have flat base room rates without a per-person venue charge, and include basic event insurance. Queens Party Hall does not provide catering.

  • Time: Event and setup hours vary by booking; get the schedule in writing.
  • Furniture and music: Confirm tables, chairs, DJ facilities, sound, and lighting.
  • Food and bar: Check refrigeration, serving equipment, and bar facilities. Prep areas at Atlantis, Medina, and Ridgewood are not commercial kitchens.
  • Alcohol: The venue’s licensed bartender must serve alcoholic drinks.
  • Access: Ridgewood Hall’s front entrance has five steps. Discuss mobility needs.
